John Alaimo Memorial Golf Outing presented by Fair Lawn Chamber of Commerce, benefiting Adopt a Soldier Platoon Inc.

Since 1954 the Fair Lawn Chamber of Commerce has worked with local government and other entities to stimulate development and improve the quality of life. The dedicated volunteerism and contributions from a large number of local business leaders and entities make this possible. The Chamber enables businesses of all sizes to achieve collectively what others could not accomplish individually. Our strength lies in increasing the number of membership firms, creating a pool of resources to address community problems.

For the past 31 years we have hosted our Annual Golf Outing to benefit the Chamber and our Local Non-Profits. This year we are excited to announce our local non-profit beneficiary: Adopt-A-Soldier Platoon

The mission of Adopt-a-Soldier Platoon is to lift the morale and support the welfare of active members and veterans of the United States Armed Forces, their immediate families, and the immediate families of deceased veterans.

Adopt-a-Soldier Platoon is constantly sending care packages downrange to our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and Coasties. These packages let our brave Americans know we are thinking about them and their sacrifices far from home are not in vain. To learn more please visit: https://aasp.vet/
