2nd Annual PUCHOG Golf Tournament

- Round of golf with cart (4-person scramble format)
- 2 drink tickets (valid for soda, beer, or mixed drinks)

- Meal after the round (BBQ Ribs, Chicken Breast, Potatoes, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, and Cookie Platter)
- Opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for baskets from our amazing sponsors
- Hole contests and a 50-50 raffle
- CASH Prizes / Free Rounds of Golf to be paid out to the top teams
- Ability to pre-purchase mulligans and raffle tickets when signing up to save you time at registration

- Foursome - $400 per team
- Individual - $100 per person
