Tri-Lakes CASA provides trained advocates to safeguard the best interests and be the voice for the children by providing factual information to the Court. Tri Lakes CASA provides advocates in Hot Spring, Garland, and Grant county. We envision a community where every child is given the opportunity to thrive in a loving and permanent home with a promising future.
