First Choice Clinic has been in Somerset, KY for three decades. We first opened our doors August 15th, 1986. We exist to provide education, testing and resources for our community. First Choice is committed to providing women with everything they need to make an informed choice. Our education covers life skills, parenting classes, pregnancy related lessons, miscarriage/infant loss counseling and post-abortive counseling. We believe women and men have a right to get accurate information from a resource that will not profit from choices they make. All our services are free and confidential.
